El Querandí, a traditional place in Buenos Aires, opened in 1920 and was restored in 1992 to preserve every original detail. It is now considered a “Testimonio vivo de la Memoria Ciudadana” (Living Testimony of the City Memory) and a National “Place of Tourist Interest”.

This intimate setting offers the following:
First of all, tasting wines from the main wine producing areas in Argentina, an experience which has been called “Virtual Argentine Wine Route”. To make pleasure reach every sense, this trip is illustrated by images of the wines’ homelands.
First step: Argentine Northwest: Torrontés and Empanaditas from Salta
Second step: Patagonia: Merlot and Mushroom Crostini
Third step: Cuyo: Malbec and Veal Skewers

Then, a Wine and Food Matching Dinner, which pairs the tasted wines to the typical regional flavors, so as to ensure the best matching.

And, to finish, a suggestion: You may end the evening enjoying the tango show performed at El Querandí, one of the most traditional ones in Buenos Aires.
